Groom was the Original Salon for Men long before hipsters found barbershops. They were finally ready to reveal their timeless formula.

Groom’s online presence didn’t match the curated experience of their shops—leading men’s salons in the nation. We were challenged to capture their unique spirit and transform it into a compelling web story.

We distilled Groom’s meticulous experience into a tight and inspiring brand story, and then we put this story to work by crafting a new website, video and social media strategy.

 

The goal: equip the ‘Barbettes’ (Groom’s expert stylists) with cool ways to share their shop’s pedigree and atmosphere with prospective customers.
